This website provides a comprehensive, up-to-date Human Developmental Lung Cell Atlas (HDLCA) by curating and integrating single-cell datasets from over 200 publications across the lifespan. The atlas covers the whole human respiratory system in both health and disease. It provides a valuable resource for the lung community and beyond, and enables cross-conditional comparisons of respiratory cell types. The HDLCA is maintained as a live resource with continuous updates.
